Before enrolling in the LOE Academy I was actually looking for a "black" owned finishing school to brush up on my femininity and etiquette skills. What made me enroll in LOE is the fact that it is the first 100% online finishing school geared specifically towards minority women. 1. Am I Buying This Membership Once, Or Is This a Monthly Fee?

The academy experience we are offering is a monthly service for you to have full access to everything mentioned above, including access to our ever-evolving Interactive Entrepreneurship Course (for BossLady students only) with new content added monthly. You are paying for a monthly membership on a "pay-as-you-go" basis with no annual fees or contracts.

All payments are final and non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.

2. What Happens At the End of My First Month?

Your card will be charged approx 30 days from your enroll date, 30 days after that, and so on. Your course access will last as long as you want it to! We do encourage students to apply themselves as much as they can after getting plugged in, since our records show that students are the most active within the first 9-12 months of learning with us. By the end of your first year, your business should be booming and you should expect to be making steady monthly income with a newfound sense of confidence in your social abilities and in your self appreciation. The retreat discounts aren't too shabby either!

3. How do I become a BossLady?

To start the journey of becoming your best self, simply register & enroll above and purchase with confidence. We can't wait to welcome you!

4. What if I'd like to change my membership plan to the BizLady?

Memberships are separate, so take care not to purchase both the Bizlady School Membership and the BossLady School Membership at the same time. Your discounts will conflict, and you will be accessing a lot of the same things minus the Interactive Entrepreneurship (exclusive to BossLady Students only). You can simply select the membership you'd like, then cancel your current one to avoid membership disruption/course access.

5. Can I download the videos?

Video tutorials are only available for streaming, and thus cannot be downloaded or saved to your device. The good news is that all videos are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within the video vault included in this membership !

6. How do I cancel my access to this membership?

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, click on the My Account tab on the top right of the page and choose Cancel Membership. This will take you to a page where you must confirm and click the Cancel Membership link.

*Please note your membership will not be successfully cancelled until you confirm cancellation on the page that appears after you click "Cancel Membership".

7. What is the refund policy?

Because the information you learn in our academy cannot be returned, we are very strict about our cancellation policy because we are serious about you becoming the best version of yourself. Have you ever asked a school for a refund after receiving your education?

All purchases made through the Academy are non-refundable, but you can cancel your access if you are unhappy for any reason. Please understand that your access and prize eligibility is based upon the date you enrolled, and will still be in effect for it's full monthly cycle. For example, if you enroll on the 1st and cancel on the 15th, you will still have access until the 30th but will not be charged again on the 1st of the following month.

We do hope you find your educational experience with us valuable enough to stay. We always tell our students that you will gain as much from it as you put into it, and as such, we are here every step of the way for your success!

8. What If I Find Out I Have Won A Prize And I Cancelled My Membership? Can I Still Redeem My Prize?

Only active (paying) members are eligible to redeem any prizes that may be won during the winning month.

You may be eligible to redeem prizes announced that month as long as you still have access to your membership. If you cancel enrollment without having paid in full, you no longer have access to the membership portal, and therefore are no longer eligible to redeem a prize. If you paid in full, then you still have access and are therefore still eligible to receive a prize.

For your security and ours, we want to make sure that each member has a fair chance of winning and encourage an ethical award process. That said, we can only give away prizes to those that are sincere about staying with us and changing themselves for the better - not solely "in it to win it".

9. Can I Access L.O.E. Academy on My Phone, Tablet, or Mobile Device?

Yes!!! The Ladies of Elegance Charm Academy has all of the same awesome features on your phone, tablet, or mobile device. Just type www.loeacademy.com in your browser, click the tab that says "student sign-in" and you're all set.

10. Do You Have An App?

We have a beta version that is accessible to members only! You can always bookmark this site to your favorites or add it to your homepage. Once you enroll, drop us a line on the priority email provided to you upon enrollment and we will send you the download instructions.
