1. Am I Buying This Subscription Once, Or Is This a Monthly Fee?

The academy experience we are offering is a monthly service for you to have access to all 7 "Etiquette Encouragement" subjects, with new content added monthly. Each month you receive this service is each month you will be charged for exclusive access that cannot be found anywhere else online. If you choose to stay with us longer (and we hope you do!), there are incentives to paying in advance:

If you pay the $3500 price, your card will only be charged once in your lifetime but you will still have access to new content as it's added!

2. What Happens At the End of My Membership Period?

All memberships automatically renew when their period expires. For example, if you sign up for a monthly membership, you will be charged $297 the day you enroll, 30 days after, 30 days after that and so on. If you pay the $3500, your card will be charged one time only.

3. How do I become a P31 Pearl Girl?

To start the journey of becoming your best self, simply register & enroll above and purchase with confidence. We can't wait to welcome you!

4. What if I'd like to change my membership plan to the lifetime?

You may change your membership plan to the permanent plan at any time. The change will occur immediately. For example, if you purchase a monthly membership and decide to upgrade to a lifetime membership, you may do so at any time. The difference in what you already paid and what you owe for your new membership is prorated the day you change. Don't worry - there won't be any interruption in your membership :)

5. Can I download the videos?

Video tutorials are only available for streaming, and thus cannot be downloaded or saved to your device. The good news is that all videos are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the member's area of your P31 Pearl Girl Portal!

6. How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, click on the My Account tab on the top right of the page and choose Cancel Membership. This will take you to a page where you must confirm and click the Cancel Membership link.

*Please note your membership will not be successfully cancelled until you confirm cancellation on the page that appears after you click "Cancel Membership".

7. What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds on memberships, but you may cancel at any time. Once you have decided to cancel, your membership will then expire at the end of the period you purchased.

For example, if you purchase a monthly membership and decide to cancel after 3 days, your membership will expire at the end of the month. Similarly, if you purchase a lifetime membership and decide to cancel it after 21 days, your membership will expire at the end of 12 months from the date of purchase. No refunds will be honored for cancelling during the period you purchased - if you decide to cancel, your membership will simply end when the period you purchased expires. Lifetime memberships are good for life even if inactive, so it is in your best interest not to cancel your membership. Your payment is a confirmation that you understand and agree to these terms, which also must be outlined and agreed to in our Terms & Conditions prior to adding your card information and purchasing/enrolling.

We do hope you will find your membership valuable enough to stay and grow with us as each month passes. There will continue to be new monthly challenges, giveaways, and prizes available as long as you stay an active member.

8. What If I Find Out I Have Won A Prize And I Cancelled My Membership? Can I Still Redeem My Prize?

Only active (paying) members are eligible to redeem any prizes that may be won during the winning month.

Because subscriptions last until the end of the period purchased whether you decide to cancel or not, you may be eligible to redeem prizes announced that month as long as you still have access to your P31 Pearl Girl Portal. If your subscription period expires and you choose not to renew your membership, you no longer have access to the P31 Pearl Girl Portal, and therefore are no longer eligible to redeem a prize.

For your security and ours, we want to make sure that each member has a fair chance of winning and encourage an ethical award process. That said, we can only give away prizes to those that are sincere about staying with us and changing themselves for the better - not solely "in it to win it".

9. Can I Access L.O.E. Academy on My Phone, Tablet, or Mobile Device?

Yes!!! The Ladies of Elegance Charm Academy has all of the same awesome features on your phone, tablet, or mobile device. Just type www.loeacademy.com in your browser and you're all set.

10. Do You Have An App?
